在電鍍前將PU泡棉均勻打孔，然后整體電鍍，這樣不僅表面導(dǎo)電，而且上下整體都導(dǎo)通，具有了全方位的導(dǎo)電性。不同于導(dǎo)電橡膠襯墊鍍銀圖層，此為普通Ni+Cu+Ni電鍍，良好的密封性能可以替代部分高成本導(dǎo)電橡膠。
